Living the Good Life in Jordan Ranch

Living the good life means different things to different people. In Jordan Ranch, we think it means having access to simple pleasures like a welcoming home, time to spend with friends and families, outdoor spaces to play in, healthy food and opportunities to stay active. All of which are easily accessible when you make the move to Jordan Ranch.

Our amenities offer all sorts of ways to help you live the good life. One that we are particularly proud of is our newest, Sunset Farm. Our on-site farm was planned and planted so that our residents could have easy access to sustainably grown produce. The farm is overseen by two full-time Farm Educators from Agmenity Group, a Houston-based company that specializes in designing gardens and farms.

The farm grows 60 to 80 different varieties of vegetables per year without yucky synthetic chemicals. We sell the produce to residents at our weekly farm stand. We plan to host farm-to-table dinners featuring the produce and will have volunteer days for residents inclined to green thumbs.

Healthy living means staying active, and there is no lack of ways to do that here. Most residents head to The Shed when they want to meet up with friends and neighbors. To stay fit, they work out in our fitness room or dive into our resort-style pool. Here, little ones splash in fountains while grownups relax in poolside cabanas. We’ve also got a winding lazy river to promote floaty Zen feelings throughout the day.

For those residents who’ve got game, we’ve got a tennis court. Playgrounds are available throughout the community for our younger residents. Meeting the neighbors while exercising is easy when you bike or hike our paved trails. Coming soon will be sports courts.

The good life isn’t good without friends and fun. Solomon Delaney, our award-winning Director of Fun, is responsible for both. He sets up amazing resident events, including costume parties, pool parties, watch parties and every other kind of party. Recently, we celebrated Memorial Day with a big pool party. He’s also in charge of bringing us good food via Bite Nite Friday, keeping our minds busy with a Wheel of Fortune game night and giving busy moms a break through Moms Club outings.

You can’t have a good life without good schools. Schools zoned to Jordan Ranch are some of the best, and we just got word that in 2023, a new Lamar Consolidated ISD elementary school will be opening in our community.
