Perry Homes has brought something brand new to Jordan Ranch — a series of floor plans designed for 40-foot homesites.

Ranging from 1,500 to 2,399 square feet, these homes offer open-concept living space and options to include a fourth bedroom in some of the plans. Storage is generous in all of the plans and larger designs have home offices and game rooms. Options for large covered patios make it easy to enjoy dinner al fresco or host a neighborhood barbecue. Single- and two-story floor plans are available.

Homes are priced from the $330,000s. With sales just beginning, Perry has an ample selection of lots. A model home should open soon.

The new enclave is in Jordan Ranch’s Hickory Bend neighborhood, which features numerous lakes. It is located near the Texas Heritage Parkway, giving its residents quick access to Interstate 10 and FM 1093.

Perry Homes is one of seven builders in Jordan Ranch, offering homes priced from the $270,000s to the $500,000s. In addition to the 40-foot series of homes, Perry also offers designs for 50- and 65-foot properties. Also building in Jordan Ranch are: Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J.
