We’re Getting New Neighborhoods

As we approach the new year, there’s good news for homebuyers. Your chance to live the good life in Jordan Ranch just increased by 40 percent.

We are adding new neighborhoods and more than 400 new homesites to our community. The new sections are along the newly opened Texas Heritage Parkway, offering easy access to the Westpark Tollway and Interstate 10.

Choices are, as always, a priority. Prospective buyers will be able to choose their builder, floor plan and size of homesite. Homesites sizes range from 40-foot to 70-foot wide. Builders Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Westin Homes will continue offering designs from their existing series of floor plans. Perry Homes has introduced new home designs for the 40-foot homesites.

To welcome our new residents, we will be adding a new pocket park where families can gather for picnics, play and conversation.

We can’t wait to meet up with our new neighbors at The Shed or Sunset Farm. We think they will love floating down our lazy river, playing mixed doubles on the tennis courts and staying in shape at the fitness center.
