Summer Events Are the Best

Vacations. Swimming pools. Backyard barbecues. Who doesn’t love the lazy days of summer? Jordan Ranch residents do all those things and — with the help of our wonderful lifestyle director — even more. What have we been up to this summer? Take a look at our summer events in Fulshear.

Our residents spent most of July enjoying our pool and lazy river. Events centered around the pool included our beloved Summer Pool Bash, a chance for families to grab their floaties for a movie night at the pool and a special swim event just for adults. We also cooled off on Lemonade Day. 

This month, we made going back to school a little more palatable with our Back-to-School Bash. We hosted a trivia night for families (congrats to the winning teams). Coming up soon is our Sundae Funday party. We plan to have ice cream with all the trimmings. We’re also giving back to the community with a blood drive.

Think summer is over because the kids are back in school? Nope. Summer doesn’t officially end until Sept. 22, which means we can still have some fun in the sun and more summer events in Fulshear. 

Most communities do Food Truck Fridays. We like to get an early start, so we have Food Truck Thursdays. It’s a great opportunity for our residents to mingle and enjoy great food. We’ll also be taking baseball fans to see the Houston Astros defeat the Kansas City Royals (how could they lose?). We’ll be finishing out the month with a National Coffee Day celebration featuring exceptional coffee and delectable breakfast pastries.
