J. Patrick Homes Unveils Nuvo Vista Series

J. Patrick Homes recently unveiled an exciting new home series in Jordan Ranch — homes that promise big features, smaller floor plans and more affordable pricing.

The Nuvo Vista Series features six floor plans designed for 55-foot homesites. While these homes will be smaller than J. Patrick’s other offerings in Jordan Ranch, they will pack the same big punch with sophisticated elevations and the “power to personalize” at the J. Patrick Design Center.

Elevations will include a mix of stone, stucco, siding and brick, with metal roof accents and other enhancements. These materials are usually found in more expensive homes or as upgrades but will be standard in Nuvo Vista homes. You will even be able to select your exterior colors and materials.

At the design center, you can further personalize your home with a range of sophisticated options for cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and structural options.

In many ways, these new designs will be like homes the builder already offers in Jordan Ranch. The homes are built on oversized 70-foot properties and priced from the $500,000s. Homes in the Nuvo Vista Series will be priced from the $400,000s.

Homes will also include the Aprilaire whole-home dehumidifier and Aprilaire Air Cleaner media filters. Together, they will help lower humidity levels in the home and reduce the circulation of dust, pollen and more.
